Items never received. Fedex claiming they were delivered, maybe they were, just not to me. Signed for by someone who does not work for me or at my address. Seller not interested.

Firstly, sorry to hear that you still not receive the goods. We took your shipping seriously, tracked it and contacted you when the goods arrived on July 10 (fedex shows it was delivered on July 10). But received your reply that you did not receive it on July 17. We contacted the fedex immediately, asked them to check it, and went your address to verify it. Maybe the time is long, and fedex cannot got in touch with you in time. Anyway, sorry for this experience.
